Ac was never an athlete growing up. He was addicted to alcohol and smoking during college. In 2011, at a peak weight of 300lbs, he got introduced to CrossFit by a friend and the rest was history. By 2017, He became head coach of CrossFit Subtero

With certificates in Exercise Nutrition and Sports Strength and Conditioning, Ac also achieved the CrossFit level 3 Trainer, and Certified CrossFit trainer certifications in 2019.

Now he helps those wanting to be reach their fitness potential. But he will always have a soft spot for people struggling with losing weight as he knows where they are coming from and how hard it is.

Aaron

Aaron has always had a passion for staying physically and mentally active since his teens. Having spent significant time in multiple sports and exercises (ball sports, martial arts, long distance running), he has since found his answer to life-long fitness in CrossFit in 2016 and has called Subtero his home.

Good Nutrition is his other advocacy with certification in Precision Nutrition. He continues to study on the subject matter and teaches others to treat their nutrition with equal importance as their exercise and sleep .Catch him teaching Intro classes in the mornings or training with the classes in the afternoons.

Adrian

Adrian is the Assistant Head Coach of CrossFit Subtero. He started CrossFit around 2017 and started Coaching around 2018. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and is one of the top Strength and Conditioning coaches in Cebu.

Stej

Stej is our resident Yoga instructor as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. As a mom of 1, she juggles her time with work, training, and being a mom. You can usually catch her training at the gym late mornings or early afternoons.

Mike

Mike is our gym’s Calisthenics expert. He has been practicing Calisthenics for more than 5 years. He finished ranked 207 in Asia during 2022’s CrossFit Open Quarterfinals.


 
 

Zaien

96’ kid, born and raised in Cebu City. Eldest among 3 siblings. He may look big and intimidating in person but under all this hard and strong muscles is a heart full of love.

He used to be a badminton athlete at school and was part of the dance team called “Synergy”. Zaien likes to listen to Kpop when he trains especially TWICE. He’s a TWICE fan and Tzuyu is his bias.

Zaien likes helping people out. Feel free to approach him if you see him at the gym.
