What Is Crossfit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

1. What is Crossfit?
– Crossfit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. It is Elite Fitness – Strength Training, Plyometrics, Cardio, Muscle Endurance, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics all rolled into one.

2. Is there a free trial?
– Yes. We have free trial classes every day at 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm BUT it is by appointment so you will have to message us first so we can inform our coaches ????
– If you can’t make it to the 5:00 or 7:30 pm classes, just shoot us a message and we can work around your schedule ????

3. How do I begin my Crossfit Journey?
– You will have to schedule a free trial class, and experience crossfit for yourself! If you liked the experience then schedule your fundamentals classes. Complete your fundamentals classes and then pick a membership plan with us ????

4. What are fundamentals classes? Why do I have to take them?
– Fundamentals classes are introduction to movements, after, we then give you a workout involving the movements.
– We require people NEW to crossfit to take fundamentals classes for safety purposes, since crossfit involves movements that not everyone’s familiar with; fundamentals classes also slowly prepare your body for high intensity training.

5. How many fundamentals classes are there and how much?
– There are 3 fundamentals classes, the first class is F1 which is the free trial class. The rest are F2 and F3 that are priced like a drop in session with us.

6. What are the memberships? And do you have promos?
– Our rates are attached below ????

7. Why is crossfit expensive?
– You are paying for quality. We program everything for you, we provide a coach and we do monthly nutrition check-ups and weigh-ins to track your progress in terms of FAT LOSS and MUSCLE GAIN.

8. I really want to crossfit but I can’t afford the rates, what can I do?
– We have payment plans! We find ways to get you on our program; because our program works and we want you to be the best version of yourself!
